Thanks Katy! Yes, we always end up with huge stockpiles so it’s good to actually make use of them now and then!

Sometimes it can be hard to get the motivation to eat what you’ve saved can’t it. Sounds like a good week!

Thanks T! I’ve found I’m much better at packed lunches if I do them in a batch on Sundays. I always run out of time if I leave it for weekday nights or mornings! It’s really satisfying to have all your meals packed up and ready and think how much money you’ll save!

Me too, I’ve never really liked going to the gym. Running is just cheaper and easier, plus it’s better for the soul to get outside!

And, the great outdoors costs nothing!

I love the concept of packed meals because you can save so much money and not have to decide on what you want to eat for tomorrow’s lunch but i always don’t do it because i kept finding excuses for myself. Here’s another post to remind me to do it next time!

It’s definitely worth the investment if you know you’ll use it regularly and save in the long run! Good point about saving on travel time and gas costs too. Gym membership is so expensive so it’s great if you can find ways to cut down.

I used to pay $1000 a year for my gym membership. Including gas costs, it was probably $1300 a year. Although the equipment is an expensive upfront cost, over the long run it’ll definitely be a lot cheaper (and saves me time on travel).
